Fire & EMS Standbys

539141_10150675865513110_1832116823_nThe Mills Fire Department provides Fire & EMS standby for events throughout the community. If you have an event that needs Fire/EMS please contact us as far in advance as possible to allow for the best possibility of coverage. We are capable of providing both crews and/or ambulances for your event and can staff providers at the EMT-Basic, EMT-Intermediate or Paramedic level.

While the Mills Fire Department does, on occasion, provide crews for standbys on a voluntary basis at no charge, this is only for events that are considered to be non-profit or charity related. Otherwise, we do charge per event for staff and equipment. Prices are based on the staff and equipment needed and amount of time we are providing the standby.
